....well, after another enjoyable round of golf its back to our Sikit2 Untong corner at the club house for our money coffee, with everybody happy getting pars accept for Dennis, unfortunately, no pars from him....simply because he was only going for birdies!!.....according to him pars buang masa!!...wahdo....banyak act ya....but its true, Dennis came back with birdies and no par! Here, pic above, Charlie describing his hole-in-one that got away.....hey, Charlie which hole are you referring to?....you seem to be missing all the holes mah!...

.....holy mate, its day-off...Thaipusam...holiday....take a break, go some where for a change, be with the family.....no, not for these five desperadoes....Dato' Cheah, Steve, Charlie, Douglas and Dennis....come what may, whats more to be among friends...golf is d thing buddy....yes, even rain or shine certainly will not stop them from golfing....friends you can find...but true ones not so easy to get.....

....the man behind the sand bunkers.....

.....do we know the man behind the good or bad of the sand bunkers at KRAT?.....yeah, who cares...all we are interested the sand bunkers must be good....well maintained....no stagnant or puddle of water in it....the sand must be raked all the time...soft, clean, etc.....shame on you guys!.....the man behind it, day in day out....no other than our great Anthony.....always with a smile and a big ."..Good morning, boss.."..and his big hat to go with. This great God created of a guy numerous of time returned lost items such as mobile phone(dropped by careless golfers), golf irons,etc and sincerely refused any form of payment in return...what a guy!....does the club management aware on this?......that's where the need of going down to the field at all times as to know your staff better.....is extremely important..........Anthony keep-up the good work buddy....God bless.....cheers mate...

.....yes, you may say its hard to believe but holy cow, our good old lost buddy Andrew was with us for our normal after-golf morning coffee....he suddenly turned up with his ever ready broad smile and what do you know, he brought along lots of nasi lemak specially made for all of us!....wahdo....terima kasih Pa' ..... certainly pretty nice of Andrew..but that dosn't mean you are supposed to be AWOL again....oh no....mama mia.. do find time to be with us ..... these days true friends are not easy to find, do treasure whatever you have .... you may never know....whatever, to Andrew from us all Sikit2Untong ..... cheers buddy

....wet....wet Thursday morning.....

......yes, it was certainly a very, very wet Thursday morning. On arriving, I noticed, as usual Wong's car was already in the KRAT parking lot. It was drizzling. My mobile rang, it was Charlie..." ....partner, where are you?....". He was with Douglas...."..rain or shine or tsunami, I'm already at the club partner!.." ...."okay, okay we are coming." After awhile, Mike arrived..the rain yet to stop and I was told no one else coming. Kelvin came but went off..having breakfast with friends somewhere. So, the four die-hard..Mike, Charlie, Douglas and me went to the Airforce Medic Centre for breakfast...it was lovely morning bite..we tried to solve some political issues while downing the coffee but midway gave-up...too complicated!

....Annual S2U Golf Competition

After a lonnnng break, eventually S2U held another golf competition of their own. It was held before the year 2010 ends....the line-up L/R Mike Mustafa, Dennis, Dato' Cheah, Allen Adnan, Kelvin Kong, Charlie Cheong, Gary Chang and Steve Tan. The nine hole competition was held at the KRAT course followed by a delicious lunch caterred by the club's kitchen and of course with a home cooking coutersy of Tg Adnan....wow! The prizes was given away by the S2U President Kelvin Kong. The overall winner was.....my oh my....the President himself!...gosh! Playing to the handicap of........( CENSORED), Kelvin fired away 6 pars. Second was the ever smiling down under (under what?...ask him!) Dennis. The NTP, confirmed by Charlie, was won by Allen on the 5th Hole. To the winners well done mate....to the others, the driving range is next to the club house.....whatever, to all the Sikit2 Untong members, here's wishing you all and your wonderful families a HAPPY NEW YEAR and may the Year 2011 brings success, prosperous and healthy living for many, many, many years to come.
