.....surprised?....nahi....nahi....as expected, the first to check-in at the hotel was non other than Johnny the live-wire... all geared-up and raring to go......certainly for golf la mate, what were you thinking?.....eh .. eh....

....our tour guide .... Pa' Selamat.... speaks good English and parlez Francais .... oui.....yes, he provided us all the needed info on Bandung, even the dos and the don't....a good advice from him .... what ever you ask for.... PAY IT .... jangan kata ta'mau pula.... semuanya bisa .....wahdoo....

....yes, this was the bus (booze in Indonesian) that took us all over Bandung...from the airport to hotel, golf, lunch. dinner, shopping, sightseeing....and eventually sent us all packing home...

...the airport looks impressive enough .... the clearance by the immigrations was good and fast .... but then alamak ...dis...... struck ..... at the custom and baggage clearance, the passage was so narrow and what more with passengers from two different flights coming-in at the same time ....kelamkabut timbul..... added to that the custom pula carried-out random checks ...anyway, we came-out with a forced smileeee........

...the almost 2 hours flight by AirAsia was pleasant...the weather was superb...no turbulance whatever...the take-off.... gosh...it was on time....the stewardess...mama mia...... wow....no comment....but somehow most of the sikit2 untong members slept enroute..... must be trying to conceive much needed energy afterwards....playing golf I mean...

Check-in....Charlie going through the list with Noorul....yes, 12 golf bags...luggage.......wah!!...only six bags saja....wahdo....ini mesti mau shopping besar-besar di Bandung... nanti balik satu lori pun tak cukup ho...

BANDUNG HERE WE COME...

...wow, these early birds checking-in at LCCT headed by Kelvin, discussing the final strategy for the assault on Bandung....don't play-play....they are really serious...."...now, Steve you check the buggies...make sure the brakes are fully working....Jerry ensure each buggy two mineral bottles and Willie make sure the caddies are to your taste..."

COMPETITION MASTER-MIND

Merely whacking away the balls weekly without any competition as to test our so called terror in golfing is simply a no no...so, from time to time we do have some form of competitions among our selves apart from the main Annual Sikit2 Untong Golf Championship....yes, certainly organising these competitions is not something easy to come by....not with everybody suddenly claiming for the highest possible handicap...."...hey, I thought you are playing.....mana, itu ta' betul....I'm playing 24....." and the one to handle this not so easy crisis is no other than the ever smiling Mike Mustafa.

Noorul is the name....poor soul....the lass from a travel agent that boldly took the challenge of arranging the golf outing to Bandung for Sikit2 Untong....airfare berapa?...ta'kurang?....airport tax pun kena bayar? .... golf fee....special discount la....caddy tips...ayo mahal nya...ta'bolih extra luggage discount ke...sampai airport lambat sikit ta'pe la...

Noorul took all these with an enchanting smile...short of saying why don't you buy your own aircraft....

BANDUNG - GOLF OUTING....FINAL DISCUSSION

"....hey Charlie...ask her la...ta'bolih kurang sikit ke..." whispered Willie to Sikit2 Untong Treasurer, Charlie Cheong ... this took place during our final discussion and briefing prior to our next golf outing in Bandung Indonesia.

The three broad smiling birthday buayas ....umur lagi tambah....tapi handicap talak kurang kah?....

Yes, these were the true MALAYSIANS... Gary Chang, Allen Adnan and Richard Rajan...recently celebrating their birthday at the KGAT....sorry we were adviced by the Fire Brigade not to place the exact numbers of candles on their birthday cake ....cough cough... say, unfortunately these guys did not contest in the recent elections....Richard might have save SAM you never know...

BIRTHDAY BOYS - A YEAR OLDER

These were the two lucky boys of Sikit2 Untong - Mike and Steve - celebrating their a year older during our Cameron Highlands golf outing late last year.
